As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ECRON Technologies GmbH, Marburger Straße 2, 57334 Bad Laasphe, Germany, info@ecron.de, Phone: 0275250740, Fax: 0275250742) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You may also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal statement electronically on our website https://www.mount-shop.de/widerrufsformular. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a reduction in value of the goods if this reduction in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notices
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender has used our cooperation for financing. If the loan has already been received by us at the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender takes over our rights and obligations in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for it.
