Product information "Ram Mounts Ball Adapter - Apple MagSafe 15 Watts for iPhone 12-15"
The MagSafe ball adapter for iPhone 12 to 15, 15 watt charger holder is the perfect accessory for all iPhone users of models 12 to 15 who are looking for an elegant and powerful charging solution. With the strong magnetic connection, your iPhone stays securely fixed, whether on the nightstand, in the office, or in the car. This adapter transforms your existing MagSafe charger into a versatile holder that offers a charging power of up to 15 watt, ensuring fast and reliable charging.
Ideal for daily use in the living room, bedroom, or workplace, the ball adapter seamlessly blends into your surroundings. Thanks to compatibility with MagSafe-compatible phone cases, you can conveniently charge your iPhone without having to remove the case, providing additional protection against scratches and bumps. With a maximum load capacity of 0.97 kg, the adapter offers a stable base for most iPhone models.
Please note that the MagSafe ball adapter is not a closed holding case and therefore is less suitable for outdoor use, for example on motorcycles or during outdoor activities. In such cases, we recommend the Quick-Grip holder for MagSafe (RAM-HOL-UN15WBU) for a more robust solution. Experience an optimized charging experience with the MagSafe ball adapter from Ram Mounts, which combines style and functionality and expands your charging setup cost-effectively.
Our opinion on the article
Use the MagSafe charger directly as a holder. This is possible with this tool. A ball frame for the MagSafe so to speak. This allows you to get an extremely inexpensive iPhone charging dock for all iPhones from iPhone 12. It holds via the magnetic function of the MagSafe. That also works with MagSafe compatible phone cases. For the car or a home charging dock, that is sufficient. However, those who are looking for a stable dock that also works on two-wheelers and off-road are better served with the Quick-Grip holder for the MagSafe (RAM-HOL-UN15WBU). Here the MagSafe is installed in a spring-mounted holder.
