Our Opinion
Well functioning universal mount for small tablets to screw in. The screw base has the AMPS standard pattern, so it also fits corresponding adapters and connection parts. Such a screw base is of course a stable base, but it makes drill holes and therefore does not work everywhere.
The size difference among tablets is sometimes considerable, therefore there is the X-Grip for tablets in three sizes. This one fits nearly all 7-8 inch devices without adjustment, without special accessories. Because it survives many device generations, this is an important feature. Through the spring tension, it holds them very stable under normal requirements. If the tablet is used in a vibration-rich area, however, one should use the additional optional support arms.
