A well-functioning universal holder for tablets for screwing in. The screw base has the AMPS standard pattern, so it also fits corresponding adapters and connection parts. Such a screw base is of course a stable base but causes drill holes and is therefore not suitable for every mounting location.
The size difference among tablets is sometimes already considerable, which is why there is the X-Grip for tablets in three sizes. This one fits nearly all 9-11 inch devices without adjustment, without special accessories. Since it survives many device generations, this is an important feature. Due to the spring tension, it also holds them very stably under normal requirements. However, if the tablet is used in a vibration-rich area, the additional optional support arms should be used.
