This Low Profile mount is suitable for bicycles and motorcycles. Super easy to install and also easy to use and adjust to the correct position. Nevertheless, it is stable. The X-Grip as a mount is a true universal mount and fits almost all mobile phones. However, in the field, you need the supplied tension strap. Actually, it hardly bothers, but if you want to quickly remove or secure the phone while wearing gloves, it is annoying. If this is an important point for you, we rather recommend the Low Profile Quick-Grip with Tough Claw (RAM-HOL-PD4-400-1U).
Low Profile really makes sense for certain purposes: You want a small mount with little weight and wind resistance. The phone has a stable position on the handlebar. You simply see less of the mount.
If these points are not so important to you and you prefer a slightly springy, highly adjustable mount, you should choose a version with an arm.
